Teams Make It Happen
Project Teams are the basis of POP's work structure. Interdisciplinary teams (Account Manager, Creative, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Prototyping), led by Project Managers, work collaboratively to manage all aspects of the projects from spec work through research and development to production and assembly ending in a quality product packed out for shipping and distribution.

The team-based approach fosters superior results, creative problem solving and quicker response to client needs, as well as camaraderie between disciplines.

Students and Internships
We are always looking for new people with varying experiences to join our team. We are happy to invest in your future and ours by providing internship opportunities for students who are looking for experience in ADVERTISING, ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL DESIGN and MARKETING. These programs are designed to provide an on site cooperative education in exchange for academic credit giving the student real life work experience in an exciting and dynamic environment.
